It's been a crazy busy summer.

Ok so sorry it has been a while since my last post. The older boys had baseball which I had the pleasure of coaching lol. my three older kids are doing BMX. I went to girls camp and Chris has been busy working.
While at camp my washer decided to quit so I went without for about a month and then my sweet neighbor gave me one. I love modern technology and found out I do take it for granted some times. Then Chris took the suburban fishing and broke the back window out and our lawn mower died. Thats how our luck goes but we will take it. There are worse things that could happen. Oh I was asked to talk again in church. Twice in 6 months I may have to start saying no.lol jk. We went fishing up to Island Park on Thursday. Had a blast!!! We took some really cute pics of us. The kids had fun in the lake and so I decided to join them. I was in the water for seriously maybe 2 min. and I felt a tickle on the back of my thigh so I came out to see if I had any creepy crawlys on me... and of course I did a slimy black LEECH Nasty. I was screaming at Chris to hurry n take it off jumping around and they were all laughing at my dance. RUDE!!! I told he better hurry or we are leaving.lol Now looking back it was pretty funny(what a girl I was being)but I not sayin I wouldn't react the same way again. We would have won the 100,000 for sure on AFV. Emmett absolutely loves the water, makes me kind of nervous. He turned 1 on Thursday. He is trying to walk, and stood up in the middle of the floor all by himself last night. He is getting so big. Well that is about all of our new events. we will see what next month brings.

My crazy life

So school is out!!! It's of bitter sweet. I know I am a terrible mom for not being absolutley exstatic that my kinds are on summer break, but man my kids love to fight so it seem. That makes for a grumpy mom and a long day/summer. I am excited I am currently coaching my boys' pitching machine team. Jordan has started another year of BMX. Sage well I need to find something for her to do. Mostly she just has mood swings lol. She is strong spirited and thats ok gotta love her. Little Emmett isn't so little he is about 22# now and 29 1/2" growing like a weed, but he still hasn't outgrown his ear infections. So tomorrow we are off to get tubes(wish us luck). Hopefully this will cure our sleepless nights. Chris well he is still working hard for us what a man, we just love him! Sorry its short and sweet gotta go entertain the kiddos. Oh and any input on ideas for the summer to sail a little smoother is much appreciated. Thanks and have a great month!

Sweet boy

Trever and Me

One when he was super skinny

Trever and his mom Krystal

One of his more recent pictures

Yesterday I found out that my sweet little nephew will need a bone marrow transplant. He has inactive T cells and the only way to get them active is to have the transplant done. The Dr. did say he could continue with what he is doing and this may mask his illness but he will not grow because of the steroids that he is on and wont get better. So eventually they would try to put him on a growth hormone and this could cause a reaction and damage his little body and make his meds quit working. Or he could get immuned to his current meds and have to try other ones, but by not doing the bone marrow transplant and continuing with the meds this would damage his body so bad that he would not be able to have the transplant. With the transplant you run the risk of the body rejecting the new bone marrow and killing his immune system and having a fatal result. He would have to undergo kemo and this could also have a risk of being fatal to him. My poor sister doesn't know what to do. The Dr. told her to research it online but that is a lot of reading and a lot of different answers. Please pray for our little Trever and if anyone has gone through a bone marrow transplant please let us know your experience and help her be able to decide what would be the best. I personally think the bone marrow transplant would be the way to go even with the risk because staying where he is now has no hope of curing him.
As you can see in his photos he goes from one extreme to the other with his weight. He loses weight fast and gets really scary and them he get so swollen and gains weight and has a hard time walking and huffs and is out of breathe with any activity. He is going to be 3 in September and is the size of my 8 month old. He has had numerous painful procedures and takes the most awful bitter tounge burning medicine. My heart just aches for this sweet little boy. Even through it all he is the sweetest most loving friendly little guy. He is so happy all the time and says the funniest things. I just love this kid so much and wish he didn't have to go through all of this.

What to do

So the other day one of my kids where sassing me.(oh no not my kids they are angels). I know right but any way they got sent to their rooms and I could hear screaming and tantrums of all tantrums and that little for letter word came out. One of the saddest days ever. I HATE my mom I hate you mom I hate her on and on. At first I thought I was misunderstanding and so I went closer and unfortunately I was hearing correctly. So which one of these angles said it? Any guess's? My little Princess no not my sweet Sage. At least my boys have hopefully skipped right over that stage. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Well on a lighter note we went on vacation to the coast and stopped and visited family. It was super fun to bad the weather wasn't very nice. But thank goodness for family we had something to do and had a blast. At least it didn't dump 6" in one night like it did yesterday. We are so ready for warm weather we want to go camping and all that fun stuff.

My small army

So yesterday we had Dylan and Ethan over and the boys were restless. They all wanted to play on the computer so bein the mean mom and aunt that I am I kicked them all outside because it was a nice spring day (where we live anyway). Then they were fighting over what to play army or hunting. I just laughed to my self boys will be boys. because either way they would hide and go shoot at each other either in war or in hunting the animal of choice. They finally decided on army and I remembered the week after halloween they had army guy costumes on sale for $2 and well I cant pass up a good buy so I bought four costumes knowing they someday would be put to good use. Brendan was the one who wanted hunting and the older boys wanted army and he usually has to go along with what they want to do so I pulled him aside and got him all geared up to play. Within seconds after stepping outside the other 2 boys came running in asking for theirs. I teased them for a bit and finally gave in and got theirs out. Then my little "princess" was all over getting dressed up girls will be girls. She was the cutest little army guy I have ever seen. That was the best idea I have had in a while that kept them entertained for hours (oh and me too). While doing dishes I would get a glimpse of the kids running and sneaking past in their cute costumes.

Safe n Sound

So I'm in Washington and made it safe and sound. I didn't even kill my dad and we actually had a nice drive. My niece's and nephew came runnin out to give me loves. We went to the movies and Camden and I we're sprayin everyone with our webs(well he was cuz I don't have real ones so he says). He is such a character with such a huge imagination. Sage and Bayleigh are connected at the hip Ashlynne got her heeley's and is so funny to watch. Makiah is such a doll and always wants me to hold her and she just loves Emmett and tickle's him(too cute).
Fun fun. Man I love kids they are such sweet little people. They make my heart warm their my light and sunshine. Sage is so funny she was tellin everyone that we had to pick up Grandpa Bill because he was riding(driving) us to Cherish's because we didn't know the way. Grandpa was teasing her about singin a silly song and he was singing it wrong and she would say " no grampa Bill thats how you don't sing it. She cracks me up. Emmett and her traveled so good not a cry wimper or whine the whole 9 hours.

what's new this week

All the boys are in bed,Chris is at work and its just sage and I. So she thinks its dress up time. I will go along with it poor girl just wants some mom and me time. We do have to stick together with a house full of boys. So I only have a sac to update. This week has been a little better than last week. Poor Emmett has gotten rid of his hives, but I think he still has an ear infection. We are up what seems like every hour to give him a snack back to sleep. Its getting pretty frustrating. Chris gets upset with me because I sleep in tell 10am on most days. Jordan has passed off bobcat in scouts exciting. Brendan is doing pretty good in school and Sage well is still as cute and sassy as ever. Gotta love em. Emmett is rolling like crazy and we started him on cereal this last week. Where does the time go. Sad to see him grow up so fast. Already 6 months and about 18 and 1/2 pounds. He's my chunk-a-munk. Chris and I went on a date last night and saw sherlock holmes. It was pretty good but I was soo glad to go on a date. It seems like forever since we have been out. Other then that same old stuff.
